Welcome to our blog. My name is Christopher Lee and I am the Vice President of Business Development at Bandar Development & Builders. Part of my job is to maintain the marketing and web presence of our company. This blog will do just that.

For those of you who do not know us, Bandar Development & Builders is a real estate development company that also builds. We are builders of custom homes, spec homes, multi-family homes, and we do renovations, extensions and/or rehabs on existing properties. We are also developers of commercial and residential real estate. We currently are building homes in the Cape (Brewster, MA), and are also working on converting the O’Shea building located in downtown Peabody, MA into The Peabody Essex Hotel. This is a $10 million hotel project with 54 rooms, a 4000 square foot restaurant as well as a 3500 square foot martini bar. These are just a few of the projects we currently have in the works.
My objective is to use this blog to provide you, the reader, with updates to our current construction projects as well as news on any future projects. This blog with provide an outlet for me to share, discuss and possibly rant about our company and the industry we are in.
