Bandar Development & Builders is a family managed and operated real estate development and construction company. It was founded by two brother’s Daniel and Hany Bandar over twenty five years ago. Together they have built a real estate development company that has grown from a hobby to a thriving business that has constructed both residential and commercial properties through out Massachusetts.

Daniel and Hany have a combined experience of over 50 years in the acquisition, development, construction, and management of Real Estate. We are true professionals in real estate development and construction. Our projects have ranged from constructing single family homes to multi-unit development of raw land, multi-unit apartment and condominium conversions, commercial development properties, as well as hospitality development.

The company is made up of three divisions, including but not limited to:

• real estate construction and development division
• renovation division
• modular (re-seller) division.

Bandar Development & Builders provides real estate solutions to home owners, business owners and investors. Our services include land, commercial and residential development, hospitality, modular and custom home construction, investment sales, and asset management. In addition to custom homes we also build speculative homes and multi-family homes, as well as the rehabilitation or addition of an existing single family home.
