Daniel Bandar co-founded Bandar Development & Builders with his brother Hany Bandar. What started out as a hobby in L.A. for Daniel and his brother has resulted in to a thriving real estate development company. While in L.A. Daniel would drive around looking at homes and architecture so that he could build his own home. The day the construction completed was the day Daniel decided to turn his hobby in to a living.

As the principle and president, Daniel manages and operates the business side of the company. Maintaining relationship with lenders, real estate agents and property owners, Daniel understands that the real estate process can be overwhelming and is here to provide solutions for clients of Bandar Development & Builders.

Hany Bandar is the other half of the company’s founders. Hany has always been in the construction business as a builder for restaurants in L.A. Once Hany and Daniel discovered their talents they moved back to Arlington, MA and developed what is one of the best names in the industry, Bandar Development & Builders.

As principle and president of operations, Hany handles the operations and construction side of the company. As a general contractor Hany manages and maintains all current construction sites. He handles all aspects of construction from managing and hiring sub-contractors, purchasing materials, permitting, inspections and the list goes on. Hany is also responsible for estimates and working with prospective clients wishing to build a home.
