Bandar Development is partnered in a $20 million hospitality project in Pennsylvania. The hotel is a five story, 136 room, upscale service lodging facility. Hotel will include space for restaurant, lounge, as well as limited meeting space.

The Hotel is located adjacent the Kovalchick Complex and will be designed to complement the university architecture. Indiana University of Pennsylvania is working in conjunction with the developers. The university will not have ownership or management rights, but will benefit from the partnership as well as gain internships for students.
